After experiences of studying in different cultures, both Carroll and Podgers said they have benefited from having such opportunity.

Carroll said she thinks that having studied in Paris, France for one month, will look great to potential employers, as she applies for positions next fall.

Being able to interact with people of different cultures and showing the willingness to travel is something Carroll said she hopes will help her in the future.

Podgers said she is still in touch with those across the globe in which she was able to meet through her study abroad program.

Without traveling to Dublin, Ireland for six months, Podgers said she would have never had the opportunity to meet the people she did.
